We, at JGI Ventures, have expertise and experience in all the fields of education and industry. With its roots in the industry fairly deep, the JGI Ventures is neatly poised to oversee the implementation of this Venture. We have a combined experience of more than a hundred years amongst our top-level management who will play an instrumental and integral part in taking this venture to the next level. We have a vision to see this venture implement projects with this same principle in all parts of our country in the not so distant future.
The current pilot project of JGI HOUSING ENCLAVE has been well thought out and the plans have been laid to perfection. The project now entails a plot of 22.25 acres in Anekal Road, Harohalli has been identified. The site is 1.6 kms from the village of Harohalli, 30kms from the V.V Puram campus of SBMJC and 7 Kms from the Jain Global Campus. As per the present cost estimation, including amenities like a sewage treatment plant, a compound wall, electrical sub-station, roads, street lights, etc. will be around Rs. 360/ sqft which is a far-cry from the present land rates of Rs. 650/sqft. Basic amenities like round the clock water and electricity are a given and will be provided for in our layout. Proximity to schools and the city has been considered before the initial plans were laid.
This will be a one of its kind intellectual society housing various people from different professions like teachers and bankers to start with. With the cost of living increasing exponentially, we aim to provide services to these professionals who are the backbone of any progressive society at affordable prices.
By 2015, JGI Housing aims to develop more than 500 acres of land across India. The project think tank of JGI Housing , Dr. Krishnan, Mr. B.T. Ventkatesh, Mr. Radheshyam Heda, Mr. Sandeep, Mr. Ankit Vohra, Mr. Mahaveer and Mr. Sharangouda, have identified five locations in Karnataka, namely Belguam, Hubli, Davangere, Indore and Kanakpura road to begin with. The initial work has started and the group plans to build close to 2000 houses and 5000 apartments in the coming 3 years. The project outlay is estimated to be Rs. 1200 crores upon completion.
